Material and component confirmation
The approved cover, backing, bladder, valve, thread or bonding system and print references should be tied to the production specification.
In-process review
Panel cutting, print placement and assembly can be reviewed while work is underway so visible deviations are identified before packing.
- Panel shape and preparation
- Artwork position and finish
- Seam or join appearance
- Valve placement and outer-surface finish
Finished-ball checks
Shape, circumference, weight range, rebound or air retention may be relevant depending on the product and customer requirement. Test method, tolerances and sample plan must be confirmed rather than assumed.
Documentation and certification
Certification information is available on request. Custom testing requirements can be discussed for wholesale orders. We do not describe a product as certified, approved or compliant unless documentation supports that exact claim.
Packing review
Quantity, product labeling, packaging format, carton markings and artwork version should be checked against the approved packing requirement.
