1. Specification and material selection
The development brief defines use, surface, construction, size, performance priorities, appearance, quantity, packing and any testing needs. Materials should be selected against that brief rather than a generic quality label.
2. Panel preparation and printing
Outer material is prepared for the specified panel geometry. Cutting and print setup follow approved artwork, color references and placement. Exact methods depend on the product construction.
3. Stitching or bonding
Panels are assembled using the chosen hand-stitched, machine-stitched, hybrid or bonded approach. Bladder and valve components are integrated according to the specification.
4. Shaping and checks
A defined process can review overall shape, visible seams or joins, print finish, inflation behavior and air retention. Acceptance criteria and sample sizes should be agreed for the actual order.
5. Packing and export preparation
Products are packed in the approved bulk or individual format, then prepared for the agreed international shipping method. Production and transit timelines should be communicated separately.
